SCHOOL TOURS
We recently had some students from St. Francis' Canossian College visit our Ngau Tau Kok bee farm. The day was organised by Viviene from Caritas House. It was a nice day, however some girls were unnecessarily scared when we got to the bee farm. By the end of the tour they saw how friendly bees actually are. We enjoy showing young people what we do and hope to inspire them with our socio-cultural and environmental activities. Please email us if you would like to arrange an educational visit. |

EXHIBITIONS
Our exhibitions allow us to show people everything we do under one roof (or on the roof). It gives us an opportunity to present new projects, products and services such as our recent pop-up cafe. We launched HK Honey in July 2010 at Kapok, on Sun Street, Wanchai. Our latest exhibition was at Detour in December 2010 in Victoria Prison - a decommissioned prison built in 1841. |

UNIQUE COLLABORATIONS
We're pleased to announce a very unique project and exhibition with Amnesty International and HK Honey called LIGHT UP. It was Amnesty's 50th anniversary in 2011. Together, we asked 50 local artists to create 50 candles to reflect injustice and human rights issues in today's world. These candles were collectively exhibited at Rat's Cave and Haji Gallery in Sheung Wan between 27th May & 10th June 2011. |

TAILORED PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We recently saw a Chinese film called, "Love for Life" starring Zhang Ziyi and Aaron Kwok, and directed by Changwei Gu. It's a beautiful film with rollercoaster romance and emotions. We loved it. The film has inspired us to create tailored products and services, such as Honeymoon Honey, personalised wedding candles, etc. If you would like us to add a personal touch to your wedding, please get in touch. : ) |

CAPTURING WILD SWARMS
HK Honey also capture wild bee swarms in the city and countryside. Bees in Hong Kong usually swarm around mid-February to May. A swarm normally looks like a ball of bees. They usually temporarily settle under a little roof structure before finding a place nearby to setup a permanent beehive. If you see a swarm of bees or a wild beehive please call us on 6447 5640 or email us here. Please don't call a pest control company to kill them. Bees are important for the environment! |
